the theme of this park. Throughout the year as the seasons change, see
the surface of the pond transform into various seasonal flowers from spring
to early summer: cherry blossoms, wisteria, irises and lotus blossoms.
The fireworks in summer are spectacular. In the vicinity are various recreational
facilities that are popular among families with small children.
