Mt.Goten is a small mountain seen on the north side of JR Shin-Kambara Station.
It is known as a beautiful spot to see sakura or cherry blossoms. During the
Sakura Matsuri (Cherry Blossoms Festival), held at the beginning of April,
cherry blossoms are lighted from the mountain top down to Sakura Bridge at the base
of the mountain. At night, the lights create an illusion of a "DREAMY"
cherry blossom night that can be enjoyed by all.
